HOW I INVESTIGATE

I usually conduct user research before I  start designing to understand your customers' day to day interaction with your product. This helps give your customers a voice and understand their natural behaviors and needs. 

I carry out insights and user research at the start of a project, to guide our every strategy and design decision. The process is typically:

  1. Business requirements gathering
    Through a series of stakeholder interviews and interactive workshops, I get to know your business and align key stakeholders. This allows me to understand the needs and goals of your organization.

  2. In-depth user research
    I  work collaboratively with you to deliver insightful, qualitative and quantitative research into your target customers. The approach is completely situational, so I'll create a research plan that fits your goals and available resources

  3. Customer experience strategy
    I'll analyze and combine the data to create a personalized set of recommendations, and deliver assets such as personas and customer journey maps to drive strategy and design.
